We will provide you with a local number where any messages left by the caller will be automatically sent via email through to you. The voice message will be saved in a WAV file attached to your email message. Simply double-click on the WAV file attachment to listen to the message.

You can use our Voice to Email service to simply leave a recorded message (or instructions) which your callers would listen to, without the requirement for them to leave a message.

Each service contains a level of free message time, please note that your recorded customised message is included as part of the call time.

SMS Alerts
You may wish to include SMS Alerts which will send a message to your mobile every time you receive a fax transmission. This is particularly handy if you are travelling and do not have easy access to your email messages.

Email Encryption
If your voice messages are of a confidential or sensitive nature, our system can encrypt the email and send it to you compressed with WINZIP, requiring a password to open the contents. You select the password.

Message Resends
Our system stores 6 days of history and you may have any voice message resent during this time (at no additional cost). Furthermore, you can send a blank email to status@dingofax.com at anytime and our system will automatically send you details of all calls made to your virtual voice number.
