We provide you with a local number where all incoming faxes are automatically sent via email through to you. Inbound faxes may be forwarded in either PDF or TIFF format, you select your preference when you place your order. You do not require additional software for this service other than access to your emails.

SMS Alerts
You may wish to include SMS Alerts which will send a message to your mobile every time you receive a fax transmission. This is particularly handy if you are travelling and do not have easy access to your email messages.

Email Encryption
If your faxes are of a confidential or sensitive nature, our system can encrypt the email and send it to you compressed with WINZIP, requiring a password to open the contents. You select the password, in fact if you lose the password our operators are unable to access this for you. You would have to give us a new password.

Fax Message Storage
Our system stores 6 days of history and you may have any fax message resent during this time (at no additional cost to you). Furthermore, you can send a blank email to status@dingofax.com at anytime and our system will automatically send you details of all calls made to your fax number.
